Customer Questions & Answers
How do I reserve the photo booth?
All of our photo booth reservations can be handled online. Select your event date and we will set your delivery date for two day prior. This gives you ample time to preview the photo booth and test it out if you wish. When your event is over pack everything back in the same box the rental arrived and place the included pre-paid return labels on the box. Drop off your package at UPS and keep your receipt in case anything crazy happens with UPS. That’s it – super easy and convenient.
How far in advance do we need to make a reservation?
As long as we are not booked, you can always make a photo booth reservation with us. However, we recommend making reservations at least 1 month prior to your event to avoid any additional expedited shipping charges.
How many photos can we take during the event?
Our rental includes unlimited digital prints. Guests can send photos to themselves through text or email. A photo gallery of all of the photos will be available after the event is over. You will receive a link to your photo gallery once it has been processed.

Can I include a logo in my photos?
Yes, by default your photos are blank (NO American Party Light branding is added to your photos). However we can include your own custom logo to include complimentary. Contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to your event with your logo at support@americanpartylights.com and we would be happy to assist.
Can the guests download photos from the event online?
Absolutely! We upload photos to an online gallery 1-2 business days after the event for you guests to view, download, and share.
How much time does it take to setup the photo booth?
Our photo booth is extremely easy to setup – no experience is required. Typically setup takes between 5-10 minutes. If you add the backdrop and/or the printer you can count on an additional 10 minutes of setup time.

Printer Kit
Add a printer kit to your photo booth rental and get 100 full-color prints in addition to your unlimited digital photos that are already included. The printer wirelessly connects to the Photo Booth Kit. Photos are made using dye sub technology so the colors last 100 years without fading and dries instantly. The photo kit costs an additional $75.
