Secure Your Date
A 25% deposit reserves your rental. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
Lights Ship Early
You select your event date — we guarantee delivery two days before. The shipping timeline is entirely on us, not you. No shipping speed to choose, no guessing when your order will arrive.
Lights typically arrive even earlier than the guaranteed date. Your rental period begins on the date you selected, regardless of when the box shows up. You'll receive tracking information by email the moment they leave our warehouse.
Inspect & Photograph
Your order arrives with a detailed packing list. Open the box, verify every item, and confirm everything is in perfect condition — you'll have at least two full days before your event to let us know if anything needs attention.
On the rare chance something arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours and we'll overnight a replacement at no charge.
Set Up & Enjoy
Setup is DIY. Guides are included with every order, and most installations take minutes with no special tools or experience needed.
Whether it's string lights across a tent, uplights around a ballroom, or black lights for a glow party — you'll have everything you need to make it happen.
Return with the Prepaid Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included with every order. Pack the lights back the way they arrived, seal the box, attach the label on top of the original label, and drop it at any UPS location.
That's it. No printing, no postage, no scheduling a pickup. Just drop it off and you're done.

Guaranteed Arrival
Your lights arrive two days before your event. We ship early to account for any carrier delays so your event is never at risk.
Early Arrival, No Extra Charge
If lights arrive before the guaranteed date, your rental period still starts on the date you selected. Early delivery never costs you more.
Every Light Tested
All lights are checked and tested before leaving our facility. Orders are packed in nested boxes lined with foam for safe transit.
Cancellations Accepted
Full refund up to two weeks before your event, subject to a 5% processing fee. Gobo orders can be cancelled before artwork production begins.
Free Shipping Both Ways
Nationwide shipping and return shipping are both included. No minimums. A prepaid return label comes in every box.
